As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role will include human resources, organisational development, equality, diversity & inclusion, staff wellbeing and engagement. The post-holder will champion continuous improvement, transformation, and employee engagement to ensure DBS remains an agile, high-performing, and inclusive public service employer. The role also provides direct support to the CEO, Executive, and Board on strategic people matters.
Executive Director for Technology and Innovation
You will oversee a £50 million, three-year technology refresh programme to enable future safeguarding priorities and value for money. Key priorities include eliminating paper-based processes, adopting best-in-class SaaS solutions, and favouring off-the-shelf technologies.
