You will be responsible for the leadership of the DBS Executive team and all employees. The CEO is also DBS’s Accounting Officer with accountability to the Home Office Accounting Officer for internal governance and financial probity and with responsibilities as set out in Managing Public Money.

You will be required to drive changes in the delivery of key services through digital transformation to enable service delivery and support the customer experience.
